Dr Domenic Cincotta is closing his Allergy Practice at Paediatric Health Collective, Level 1, 218-220 Whitehorse Rd Balwyn, Vic 3013 on Friday April 19th, 2024.

Dr Cincotta would like to thank all patients, parents, and referrers for involving him in care.

Parents/guardians will have been provided with a copy of the letter of correspondence back to your referring doctor after seeing Dr Cincotta. This letter is a comprehensive summary of your child’s allergy care.
